Lead Verification and Transaction Records

Where a property transaction may trigger a marketing fee, we may process lead history, communications, proof-of-contact records, sale confirmation documents, commission evidence, and related agency correspondence in order to confirm whether a Propertyfor lead resulted in a completed transaction.

We may also contact the relevant parties where necessary to verify whether a transaction occurred and whether a fee is payable under the applicable contract terms.

Cookies, Sessions, and Similar Technologies

Propertyfor uses essential website technologies such as session cookies and security tokens to keep users logged in, protect forms against abuse, remember state during a session, and support secure platform use.
